パスワードを紛失し（忘れ） ました。/ I lost or forgot my password.
新しいパスワードを作るにはログイン・フォームの下のリンクを使ってください。
Please use the link at the bottom of the log-in form to create a new password.
コースの購読をやめるにはどうすればよいですか？ / How do I unsubscribe from the course?
クレジット・カードの登録解除
* Log-in to the Course Home Page
* Click the Avatar image at the top right of your course home page.
* From the dropdown list, select “Settings.”
* At the top right of the Profile Settings page, click “Billing Info.”
* On this page, click the 3 dots at the far right of the “Active Subscriptions” field.
PayPalの登録解除
You will need to manually cancel a subscription you paid for with PayPal using your PayPal account.
PayPalアカウントを使ってPayPalで登録した支払いを手動でキャンセルする必要があります。
* Log in to your PayPal account.
PayPalのアカウントにログインします。
* Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
[ログアウト]のとなりの[設定]アイコンをクリックします。
* Select Manage Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings."
[支払い設定]の下にある [ Manage Preapproved Payments（事前承認済み支払いの管理）] を選択します。
* Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel.
契約を取り消したい社名を選択してください。
* Click the Cancel Subscription button.
契約解除のボタンをクリックします。

コースホームページへのログイン。

コースホームページの右上にあるアバターイメージをクリックします。
* From the dropdown list, select “Settings.”
ドロップダウンリストより、"設定" を選択します。

プロフィール設定ページの右上にある、"請求情報 "をクリックします。
* On this page, click the 3 dots at the far right of the “Active Subscriptions” field.
このページで、"アクティブな購読" フィールドの右端にある3つの点をクリックします。
• From the dropdown list, select “Cancel this Subscription.”
ドロップダウンリストの中から、「この購読をキャンセルする」を選択します。
• On the new page, click “Cancel this Subscription.”
新しいページで、"Cancel this Subscription" をクリックします。
